Bringing together polar students
Be part of the student-led conference at 78° N!
Longyearbyen, Svalbard, is not only the most northern city in the world. It also is home to a vibrant and active student community of more than 200 students at the University Centre in Svalbard UNIS alone. SCOPE - the student-led conference on Polar Environment, aims to bring together students from various backgrounds to exchange knowledge in the field of polar environment and inspire each other with our personal experience in the North.
We, the students of Svalbard, want to become the next generation of stakeholders of and assets for nature assessment and conservation in the Arctic!

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Students present for students!
We are happy to share our tiny arctic paradise with so many inspiring people that have been working on various different topics. To bring together all of us and give students from all educational backgrounds a stage to show what fascinates them, we could only make possible because of all the contributions that have reached us over the past weeks.
Make sure to check out the program and sign up for OUR conference days - by students, from students, for students! |
